Game Highlights: The nightcap turned into a pitcher's dual as Matt Constance matched the Fowlerville staff pitch for pitch. He allowed 4 hits in 6 and 2/3 innings while striking out 12. Eric Lorber finished the gaming getting the last hitter to ground out thus earning his first save of the year. Four was the magic number as the Rocks earned their fourth victory with four runs on four hits thanks to four unearned runs in the fourth inning. Scott Pummill and Tate Yancey came through with big two out RBI hits to ensure the victory.

Game Highlights: Great starting pitching and a 16 hit attack was wasted as the bullpen and defense failed to hold a 6 run lead and dropped a heartbreaker to division rival Novi. Korey Streck carried a one hitter into the bottom of the seventh inning, but after a leadoff single, was replaced. The bullpen proceeded to give up two walks, two hit batsmen, and four hits over the next two innings. The defense aided the colapse with four errors (all coming after two outs in the bottom of the seventh).
Offensivly, every Rock picked up at least one hit. Ken Novak went three for four and Eric Lorber went three for five to lead the way. Joe Simowski, Devin Price, and Korey Streck contributed two hits a piece. Lorber scored two runs while Simowski and Tommy Rodriguez picked up two RBIs each.

It was a true team victory as five different Salem players scored twice and seven different players drove in runs.
